As the Senior Pastor of First Christian Church I desire that we become...

    3. Spiritual midwifes helping others birth their God-given gifts

My hope for FCC is that we create a climate in which people can hear the Gospel in a way that connects and opens them to the possibility of a life changing relationship with Jesus Christ and each other.

My intent is to support a place where children, and their families, are welcomed in love, nurtured in the Word, and challenged to be Disciples of Christ at First Christian Church.

I believe that every child of God should be able to reach his/her potential physically, spiritually and emotionally. Every child should know love, acceptance and encouragement and that they are a child of God.

The words of Jesus found in Matthew 18:5 say “And whoever welcomes a little child in my name, welcomes me.” Children are welcomed, loved, and considered a vital part of First Christian Church.
